Responsibilities: Travel to clients throughout Miami Gardens, FL homes, offices, hospitals, and other locations to notarize loan and legal documents accurately and on schedule.
Qualifications & Skills: Must be a U.S. citizen with valid notary credentials. High school diploma or equivalent. Able to clear a background check. Experience notarizing loan documents preferred. Calm under pressure, detail-focused, honest, and professional.
Job Requirements: A working laptop or desktop with webcam and microphone, solid Internet, a home-office setup, and a dependable vehicle for signings around Miami Gardens, Florida.
Payment: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
