Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an Operations Analyst to join their team.
Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: Brea, CA Pay Range:$32/hr on W2 What's the Job? - Perform a variety of back-office functions including general accounting, reconciliation, and operational compliance.
- Interface with internal and external customers, outside agencies, and organizations to support operational activities.
- Process ACH transactions, handle adjustments, and manage controlled account activities.
- Reconcile official check balances, process customer telephone transfers, and support online banking services.
- Assist with regulatory reporting, account reactivations, and compliance documentation to ensure adherence to federal and state laws.
What's Needed? - Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong troubleshooting, research, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.
