You will handle in-person and remote signings for borrowers, families, and businesses, building a reputation and a book of business you control.
Responsibilities: Administer oaths and affirmations, take acknowledgments, witness and attest signatures, perform verifications upon oath or affirmation, and certify or attest copies all in strict compliance with Arizona law.
Qualifications & Skills: Must be a U.S. citizen. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid notary commission and a clean background check. Loan document notarization experience preferred. Reliable, professional, detail-driven, and honest.
Job Requirements: High-speed Internet connection, dependable computer with camera and microphone, home-office setup, and reliable transportation with willingness to travel as needed.
Payment: $75.00 to $200.00 per loan signing appointment.
