\nANOS Capital is expanding its institutional sales-trading team.
\nWe’re seeking experienced producers with established institutional relationships to help grow the desk across US equities, options, fixed income and international markets.

\n \nTHE OPPORTUNITY
\nDevelop and manage institutional client relationships
\nExecute client orders and provide market color, liquidity insight and execution guidance
\nCover existing ANOS accounts as assigned
\nIdentify and onboard new institutional clients
\nIntroduce clients to relevant capabilities across the ANOS platform
\nCoordinate with trading, operations and compliance throughout the trade lifecycle
\nMaintain accurate order handling, reporting and records
\n \nWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
\nWe’re seeking entrepreneurial sales traders who bring:
\nEstablished buy-side relationships and a demonstrated record of generating revenue
\nExperience developing business driven primarily by client-initiated order flow
\nAn understanding of institutional investors’ execution needs
\nStrong communication skills and long-term client relationships
\nAccountability, collaboration and disciplined execution
\nAn interest in helping build and grow the desk
\n \nCandidates should generally have five or more years of institutional sales-trading experience. We’ll also consider candidates with fewer years who already cover their own institutional accounts.
\nSeries 7 and 63 registrations are required, with Series 57 and any additional registrations required by the assigned activities. Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the registrations and approvals required for the role. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
