We’re partnering with a global financial services firm looking for a high-performing Institutional Sales Executive to join its growing New York team.

You'll have the opportunity to build and own your own institutional book of business, targeting sophisticated investors across Private Equity, Private Credit, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds and Real Assets.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious salesperson who has already proven they can win new business, build relationships, and generate revenue - and now wants the platform, autonomy, and earning potential to take their career to the next level.

You'll be given the autonomy to build relationships, win new clients, and grow your revenue book whilst being rewarded accordingly.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll own the full sales cycle - from identifying prospects to closing new business and growing long-term relationships.

• Build and grow your own portfolio of institutional clients
\n
• Prospect and win new business across PE, private credit, VC, hedge funds and real assets
\n
• Develop relationships with CFOs, Treasurers, Portfolio Managers and senior investment professionals
\n
• Generate opportunities through targeted outbound activity, networking and industry events
\n
• Run the full sales process from cold outreach through to pitch, negotiation and close
\n
• Present tailored FX, hedging and risk-management solutions
\n
• Consistently hit and exceed revenue and pipeline targets
\n
• Work alongside trading and structuring teams to deliver bespoke solutions
\n
• Stay close to market movements, macroeconomic developments and institutional investment activity
\n
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and take full ownership of your numbers
\n

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who has already spent a couple of years in institutional sales and knows what it takes to generate revenue.

Ideally, you'll have:

• 2–5 years' institutional sales experience within FX or financial services
\n
• A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
\n
• Experience generating your own pipeline and winning new business
\n
• An existing network across institutional investors
\n
• Experience selling to sophisticated financial decision-makers
\n
• The confidence to pick up the phone, open doors and create opportunities
\n
• A genuinely entrepreneurial and commercial mindset
\n
• Strong competitive drive and a desire to earn at a high level
\n
