Conduct field inspections to verify structural steel installations, connections, and construction quality. Conduct thorough site inspections and audits to verify that construction aligns with approved designs, spec Identify and resolve civil engineering-related issues during the construction phase, implementing timely and effective solutions. Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical drawings, construction logs, and regulatory reports, to ensure project transparency and compliance. Lead and participate in quality assurance processes for civil engineering activities, reviewing material specifications and overseeing testing procedures for key construction materials like concrete and steel, while ensuring adherence to quality control standards through comprehensive inspections and installation verification. Ensure full compliance with safety and environmental policies, actively contributing to the promotion of a zero-incident workplace. Assist in the development of accurate project budgets and forecasts, monitoring expenditures, proposing cost‑saving strategies, and including detailed cost estimates for civil engineering work. Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure that civil engineering activities are executed within the established budgetary constraints. Propose and implement cost‑saving strategies, ensuring that financial efficiencies are achieved without compromising quality or regulatory compliance.
